A very happy bunch of kids at Born to Learn. One of the three schools HHA visits each month. Born to Learn is a truly inspirational NGO set up to teach these children in one of the poorest areas of Kilimanjaro. We help by giving remedies to support them from worms and ringworm, to ear infections and head pains, to the many chest problems that take hold as the thick dust builds up in the dry season.

A full waiting room on our arrival this morning, alongside our 16 outreach clinics we also run a permanent centre with numbers here growing daily. Many patients travel incredibly long distances to see us and word of the help we can give is definitely spreading! ... See MoreSee Less

Adventure plus! Landcruiser enthusiasts will enjoy! The drive to our Maasai clinics just out of Arusha. The dust is unbelievable and our team of 13 were filthy after 2 days. But we saw over 50 patients. The life is harsh for these people. Water is carried by donkeys. It's remote and arid. #landcruiser

Jeremy is on fire 🔥 this week and the Kilimanjaro region is really benefiting from homeopathy. It's really interesting to see how Jeremy uses the circle of elements to help analyze complex cases and get to a deeper understanding of both patient and remedy. Fire and passion has helped the team to coordinate amazing clinics. This week a team of 5 homeopaths, 6 visiting students and homeopaths from Ireland, translators and other support staff have used classical homeopathy for over 100 patients at 5 different clinics. Thanks to everyone who already supports us but please if you can help us to help others. Even 5$ goes a long way here. 🙏🏽. There is even a little time for a safari at the weekend for our visitors !

Last week we saw over 80 cases. We always get some surprises but this perfect example of a certain remedy was exciting to see. Homeopaths love the Strange rare and peculiar! How would you repertorise this and what remedy would you give? We love feedback...... ... See MoreSee Less

Rebecca StirrupToday at the same clinic we saw another fissured tongue 👅 but this time right down the centre. It was a real useful symptom to help us find a remedy. 👌

Annukka AarnioBy the tongue this is the lack of nr. 1 calcium fluoratum of Dr. Schüssler cell salts. There´s also another sign in the skin; the darker brown colour under the eyes.
