HHA treats mostly children and mothers at our permanent and outreach clinics, some of which are on Maasai tribal land, where there is no access to medicine and most of whom have been left to fend for themselves.

HHA has treated children with hearing impairment at schools in both Tanzania and Kenya.
Children who  have profound hearing loss cannot hear vehicles approaching so even a small improvement in hearing can save lives.
HHA has worked with a number of schools and seen promising results using homeopathy.
HHA has supplied reflective armbands to children so they can be seen at night.

Access to healthcare is limited for many of the patients we work with and so to be able to get reading glasses can be lifechanging for them.
We collect, sort and distribute second-hand reading glasses when we go to clinics.
We take supplies of glasses of different strengths for people to try, and sunglasses to the Albino clinics.
To help us with this you can send low strength reading glasses (not prescription) to us in Moshi HHA/Sherr, P.O.Box 9530, Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania, or donate to help us gather and post glasses out to HHA, and run the administration of this.

We are happy to have started a new project with albino kids.
Due to their extra sensitivity to sunlight, we are in need of sunhats, sunglasses and cotton gloves for their poor hands.

We already have two graduates of the 4Kenia School working with us, with more training now.
This allows HHA to be a truly sustainable project supporting the training of local people who are then able to give back to the community.

We are proud to have a large pharmacy of remedies to support all our clinics.
All remedies are provided free of charge to patients.
Your donation will help us to maintain the pharmacy and allow us to continue to treat patients at no cost.

At HHA we are passionate about teaching local people to empower themselves to improve their health.
We run a number of first aid teaching and training programmes in the Maasai and Malawi.

Apart from our local outreach clinics we also visit many patients in the Maasai tribal lands.
This involves a long, sometimes arduous journey, so we tend to go for three days at a time.
These remote areas often have little or no access to medical care.

Not everyone can come to us, so we go to them. We have a total of 16 outreach clinics.
Our extra costs include running vehicles, fuel and constant maintenance and repairs (the roads are rough!).
Your monthly donation helps us to stay mobile and available at our outreach clinics to give our attention equally to all who need it.
