It’s amazing what’s been accomplished!
Jambo from Tanzania
We’re eager to share with you the wonderful things happening at the Homeopathy for Health in Africa (HHA) Moshi Health Centre and outreach clinics.
Due to the ongoing kindness from HHA donors, healthcare and health education has continued to be provided to vulnerable people living in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania.
Through HHA on-the-ground programs like the ‘Life’s Necessities’ and ‘Sustainable Education’ programs, it’s truly amazing what’s been accomplished.
Life’s Necessities Program
It’s important that healthcare includes not just medicine, but the basics of life – because if these are not in place, illnesses return or persist.
This year HHA donors have provided; AIDS widows with food parcels, the chance for many families to educate their children, and a basic house to be built for a family whose child has haemophilia.

Sustainable Education Program
This grassroots program is 100% funded by our monthly givers, and is part of HHA’s commitment to a sustainable, long-term approach for homeopathy in Tanzania.
Through this program HHA donors have provided training for two new Tanzanian homeopaths – Vanessa and Vicky. They receive education, clinical training, accommodation and a job. This is a rare and empowering opportunity given to these girls, especially in Tanzania where jobs are scarce. Vanessa and Vicki will emerge from their training as independent women with professional careers.
This is special as Vanessa is the younger sister of Elisia, who started working with HHA in 2014. Elisia is now a very accomplished homeopath after finishing her four years of homeopathic education with HHA in 2018.

We look forward to providing you further updates on Vanessa’s progress in the future.
Warm Regards
Camilla Sherr
P.S. Rebecca Stirrup, one of our long-term volunteers, was recently interviewed on the Homeopathy Hangout Podcast, about her experiences working with HHA in Tanzania. Please listen and share this link with others as it’s a great way of letting others know about the scope of homeopathic work being done in Africa. https://eugeniekruger.podbean.com/e/ep-56-homeopathy-for-health-in-africa-with-rebecca-stirrup/
P.P.S. Change comes from action, not thought. If you’re someone who wants to make a difference for the future of homeopathy, and to the health of some of the world’s most vulnerable citizens, please support the work of HHA by giving here.
