HHA Holiday Gift Boxes

HHA is proud to launch its Holiday Gift Box Appeal for 2023. Last year 402 boxes were gifted from you, our generous supporters.  This year we want to set an achievable goal of 150 boxes. If more are gifted we will be delighted!

When you gift an HHA Holiday Gift Box you bring joy to your friends and family – by gifting on their behalf – without adding stress to our planet or surplus to their homes.

Each gift box comes with:

  • 5kg Uji Porridge
  • 1x 450g jar of local wild honey (full of anti-oxidants)
  • HHA homeopathic healthcare for two people, over two months (consultation and 2 x remedies)

These food parcels feed some of the world’s most vulnerable citizens, orphans, elderly, and women parenting alone, and provide much-needed healthcare.

If you would like to provide a Holiday gift to others and support our project Click here.

Healthcare is more than just medicine.
Uji porridge is a Tanzanian recipe full of goodness with nutritious grains, seeds and nuts, dried green vegetables, and yellow sweet potato – all ingredients are sourced locally.

Holiday Gift Ecard

When you purchase a gift box online you receive a Holiday Gift Ecard to send to your nominated giver.

Our Fabulous Tanzanian Homœopaths!

This month we are working on strengthening our sustainability!

As we continue to see 100’s of patients in the Kilimanjaro region, we reflect on the sustainability of our project. Sustainability can be a bit of a buzzword these days but we can say with confidence that our project is increasingly sustainable.

We owe much of this sustainability to our remarkable team of Tanzanian homœopaths: Patience, Elisia, and Anitha. These talented individuals have received their training right here in Africa and have accumulated several years of invaluable experience. Patience has been a qualified homœopath for a decade, while Anitha and Elisia have five years experience. Their extensive knowledge and adept case management abilities have been refined through the care they provide to numerous patients each week. The outstanding results we achieve are a testament to their expertise, and in cases that require additional support, we are fortunate to have Camilla and Jeremy backing us up. We are excited about the journey ahead as we work to enhance the well-being of our community and ensure the long-term sustainability of our project. Thank you for being a part of our mission.

Vanessa: Our Trainee Homeopath

Every day, Vanessa is on a journey of acquiring knowledge and expertise. In the near future, she will join the ranks of financially independent women, just like our other three accomplished homœopaths. The impact of this transformation is nothing short of monumental. Vanessa will not only be self-reliant but will also have the capacity to provide for her family and extend essential healthcare to approximately 40-50 individuals every week.

This embodies true sustainability—a process of empowering local individuals through education to deliver the vital healthcare services our community so desperately needs. Investing in someone like Vanessa is an investment in the well-being and future of our community.

Thank you to our monthly donors who have been  inspired to be a part of Vanessa’s incredible journey and our mission. Your support contributes not only to her success but also to the well-being of countless others in need of care and healing. Together, we can make a lasting impact.

Update on our School Clinic

We are thrilled to share the latest developments from our school clinic. In just over a month, we have successfully provided care to all 50 of the most vulnerable children in the boarding school—a significant and heartwarming achievement.

We’re also excited to report some remarkable progress among these children. Two children have stopped bedwetting within just three weeks of their initial homeopathic remedy. One of them, a 13-year-old girl who had suffered severe abuse, received Hyoscyamus. She is not only not wetting the bed but is less emotional and tearful.

The other child was given Magnesium Carbonicum.  He is an orphan with a traumatic family history. This treatment has not only helped his bedwetting but has also significantly improved his sense of belonging among his peers in the boarding house.

Additionally, one child who had been experiencing persistent stomach and abdominal pain since joining the school two years ago is now much better. Another child who experienced very  distressing nightmares, is now sleeping well and is less fearful.  We extend our heartfelt gratitude to those who generously became monthly donors last month. Your support enables us to continue making a profound impact on the lives of these children, and we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us.

We will now start following up on the progress of these 50 children and also seeing the 100 day school children as new patients.

Would others be willing to make a small monthly donation to give a better future to kids like these?

$25 pays for 2 consultations, remedies and our transport to these remote locations. These kids need several consultations over a year to make a difference to their lives. We come every single week at present as there are so many kids who need our help.

Mel or Honey

it seems appropriate to give you a taste of the remedy Mel or honey in keeping with our Holiday gift box program.  Camilla completed the proving in 2014.  Here is how she describes it.

The proving was the most delightful, wonderful experience for me. I felt like I was being rewarded from all the sufferings I had endured during other provings. I felt wonderful! Strong, capable, happy, rejuvenated. I slept and slept and slept. The most restorative sleep of my life! I felt like I was catching up on decades of lost sleep.

Honey, as a substance, doesn’t go off. This quality of being unaffected by time came through in the sense that provers not only felt younger and looked younger, but many got their menses back after many years in menopause. There was a feeling of power and energy, of being Wonder Woman with muscles and effortless strength.

In fact, this proving was so enjoyable to almost all of our provers (all women, bar one) that it can be difficult to find negative things in the proving. My tip is to pay attention to cured symptoms.

Some key symptoms

  • Energy, work, industrious/// (Apis)
  • Busy busy busy
  • Power/strength, muscles
  • Youth and age
  • Creative
  • Honey never spoils, preserved for ever
  • Dreams of being young
  • Crappy old car that become new Preserves TIME.  (connection to Krypton?)
